Friend's just been on the phone. He's pissed off because his shiny defender has got a puncture and he wants a lift to the tyre place tomorrow. He doesn't want to use the spare wheel because "it'll get dirty."
What a waste of a good Defender!
You should see it. Twenty grand's worth of Defender, snorkel, Safety Equipment rack, leather, spots, the lot. He grew a beard and bought a £500 expedition tent, he thinks he's Ray Mears in disguise. Yet he moans if he has to drive it in the rain...
Not sure I could be mates with him!

The water cooler at work is set too cold. I get brain freeze if I have 2 cups back to back.

After BST started yesterday I can't get the clock on my built-in satnav exactly in sync with the one on the speedo, so for a second or two every minute they show different times.

I'm a bit worried about using the launch control on my new car as it's only done 300 miles

I have to drive my E46 from Derbyshire to Manchester tomorrow to pick up my new wheels, at a maximum of 50mph due to the space saver being on rolleyes

I've done 11500 miles in mine and never used the launch control. Probs should delete my account.

Had to get some new office wear from TK Max as I'm blowing most of a my disposable this month on a sky diving course. Avoided my usual designer outlet where I get a cute sales assistant picking out clothes for me and telling me how incredible I look.

Still, got 2 shirts and some nice CK chinos for same price as one shirt in my usual place.

"Designer outlet" perfect if you're either 8 stone or 28 stone; and you love a good bright yellow Ralph Lauren shirt from 2001. 20% off though! Those footprints will wash out, probably.

Wasn't suggesting for one moment TK Max is a "designer outfit", I'm bemoaning the fact I had to go there in the first place.

It was no easy task navigating the retro chav wear and hordes of riff raff. You're right - why is it 90% of their stuff for the morbidly obese or the anorexic? You'd of thought they would make less of the mental sizes to begin with.

Still given most of the shoppers fell into one of those two demographics they seem to of nailed it.

I think you should be more concerned that your monthly disposable only covers a skydiving course ...

Arrived at the gym Health Spa and went into the Sauna only to find it populated with a poor person who insisted on using "Olbas Oil" to mask their obvious odour. When they eventually left, I noticed that I had been left a half full bucket of water with which to splash upon the coals, etiquette being that one refills it upon leaving the Sauna, so I thus had to make TWO DAMN TRIPS MYSELF to the tap to fill it.

FFS I am surrounded by imbeciles.
