I can also confirm that BMW UK themselves had to subsidise the initial deposit by an additional £5,635.35 for my replacement F10 M5 to match the deal i got on my 1st F10 M5 so it's safe to say the deals of last year are long gone.

Ok, have improved a little;

£755 pm, 3 year deal, 12k per annum, £4.5k down.
Standard F10 M5 with surround view/camera (I have a pig of an exit straight onto a lane).

I dont mind paying a little more than the 618 I pay on the 640d, but would be happier if it was a number starting with a 6....

Any lease companies or BMW sales people think they can match the above?

That sounds pretty good, but would it be worth waiting until Q3 to see what happens, or even looking at the M6GC where the contributions are pretty good. Out of interest, what do you think of the 640d? I was mightily impressed with a hired convertible recently.

Thanks. I expect by the time they quote for 12k that will be as much or more than the other quote but will try them.

i got quoted (brand new F10 M5, standard spec)

15% deposit
2.5k dealer contribution
0% finance
639 p/m

is this the best deal out there at the minute for an F10 M5? dont like the 15% deposit tbh.

That £2.5k is from BMW I believe... the dealership should also be able to discount by up to about 14%

What are hou actually being asked to pay 15% of?

Last quarter a standard spec M5 could be done for £6k down and ~649/month also on 0%... so if I were you I'd be pushing for more discount / reduced deposit.

Seems to me like Eastern are offering similar ballpark rates to the good ol' days on the M5 ?

If you put in my mileage etc the cost works out at £1.3k a month and I'm currently paying less than £900 so they don't seem to be doing the old rates yet

Ok, i'm looking at the base 8k per annum rates, which is £630k inc vat per month as far as I can tell. I think I missed out on the very best rates when I was last looking a year or two ago but even still this looks to be a pretty good deal. If you are mile munching then I accept it might not be the best deal.

I think you could do better by £100 a month or so. I got mine at the end of the quarter as well which makes a big difference.

Really?! Where?
Would be up for that as that would pay for some options smile Still seems to be better than has been around for a while, as far as I can tell.

I was guessing but end of qtr is a good time to do the deal. Also picking the right dealer. I got mine through these people and they were the best deal at the time.

Yes but the Eastern £630/month deal involves a £10k deposit. The deals are nowhere near as good as 12 months ago.

Not sure the £10k deposit is correct .... based on the below copy paste from Eastern link.
All figures would be plus VAT for personal lease (to the best of my understanding)
Deposit would thus be circa 6 x 630 ..... £3780

6+35 8k Miles p/a
Initial Payment: £3,150
£525.00 Per Month, EXC VAT
Deposit:£3,150.00
Term:36 Months
Mileage:8k Miles p/a

I'm tempted.

How on earth do you get 10k? It is 6x monthly payments, monthly payments are £630 inc vat, so that would be £3780 unless I'm very much mistaken !??

How do people get around the BIK tax on these business deals? As they look very enticing until you workout the loss in tax.
