You are out in the wilds no little dog poo bins. Where do you put the bags?

Carry them home. Or not bother bagging it, it's not going to be the only st in the wilds is it.

Heh. On the river people fret over the morality of 'sea toilets' (which macerate the waste and pump it out) - without stopping to consider the herds of cows, horses, geese etc that empty their guts into the river every day. A question of scale I'd say.

Winter time I hold it and warm my hands up. Summer time I carry it till I find a bin. Dog sts in the bushes then I'm not carrying anything. Simples!!

Some people seem to bag it and then dump the bag. I wonder what's going through their heads.

When out in the wilds I tend to leave it or flick it under a hedge. If in the village then I bag it.

Better to leave it than be one of those that bag it and then hang it on a hedge or drop it on the floor. Poop disappears, plastic bags tend to hang around.

Of course, you could feed your dog raw food and you get less poop, smaller poop and it eventually goes white and crumbles.

Cows and horse poo is not the biological nightmare that human poo is.

Carry it home.

Though our dogs are on a raw diet so they have very little waste and it breaks down very quickly too.

We have a small "dog stuff" rucksack for car trips and long walks. Used poo bags go in an old plastic microwave / takeaway contaner.

Same here. Flicking it with a stick is a good solution if it's visible, if not I'll leave it.

There was a lot less nasty illnesses before we worried about it.

With every step forward we make with hygiene to eradicate sickness, there seems to be another illness to take it's place...

What's wrong with this? Mine goes in my pocket to keep my hands warm (or sometimes in a satchel manbag thing I carry)

Sometimes I forget to take it out and discover it the following day!! (now that's gross)

Double bag it. Poo bag, in to old carrier bag, in to rucksack. Dispose at next bin / home.
