Last Days in Vietnam - documentary towards the end of the war when the NVA were making gains and heading towards Saigon and the decision was made to evacuate the US embassy and anyone connected to it. Interesting insight into what was a very tense operation
Cocaine Cowboys Reloaded - documentary on the Colombian drug dealers who flooded Miami with cocaine during the 80's, seems to be a slightly dated documentary with a few updates thrown in but really goes into detail with interviews from former members and smugglers. Fans of Narcos will know some of the names mentioned and a potentially very big name for season 2

Antony Jeselnik.
I'd never heard of him, and he cuts pretty close to the bone, but I thought he was very funny.
Funnily enough this is what I ended up watching last night. Was good, not amazing, but close to the bone as you say and quite (shockingly) funny. A sort of, American Jimmy Carr.I'd never heard of him, and he cuts pretty close to the bone, but I thought he was very funny.
Started off watching John Mulaney, which began quite well, but started to taper off a little, at which point I switched over to Jeselnik.
Louis CK on for tonight I think.

Not really a hidden gem, but after seeing the advert for the final series of Peep Show I've started watching it from the start as I've only ever seen little bits of it.
It is bloody funny!
So jealous wish I could enjoy seeing it all afresh. It is bloody funny!
I really enjoyed DragonSlayer but I guess it could be a bit marmite.

Fantastic documentary on Canada region called "The Seven Five". All about a seriously corrupt NYC cop that became a major drug trafficker in his area of New York in the early 90's. An incredible story, told by all the people involved. Well worth a watch...
I watched that very good.Support Your Local Sheriff and Support Your Local Gunfighter.

The SlingShot documentary about Dean Kamen in up, it focuses more on his SligShot water purification stuff than Segway etc but it's a really interesting glimpse into his hisory. It's also really hard not to like the guy when you see his house for the first time
