We used to use them for warranty jobs but now drive further to use Camberley Audi instead.

Rang them up when they had a car I wanted advertised on their site, but was told it sold ages ago. Helpful. Didn't use

Bought my current wreck from them some 9 years ago.

Wasn't impressed then, unlikely to be seen there in this lifetime, or the next....

If you want servicing speak to Sunny at Fontain over in Iver - a fraction of the rates and they know their onions.

I bought an S5 from their group dealer near Birmingham; it wasn't a good experience and I returned the car for a full refund after 1.5 weeks ownership; do a search as several people have had shall we say mixed experiences. The service team in Watford are excellent and have looked after me very well.

They had a TT i called them about - on the phone they said it was in the workshop having the wheels done, i said to call me back when it was done. 3 weeks later they called me and said the car was now ready for viewing (bit late as i had a new car by this time)

It was my nearest dealer when I had Audis in the past and I ended up having blazing rows with them whenever my cars went there.

Hopeless, clueless and arrogant.

A friend of mine then told me about Aylesbury Audi, which were like a breath of fresh air in comparison.

This was five years ago however and I've not had to take my current Audi to anywhere yet. But I've been looking for independents - just for cost reasons.

If I still worried about keeping an Audi stamp in my book, I'd try Aylesbury and hope that they are as good now as they were back then.

Problem with those chaps is they only sell used if I'm not mistaken?

I don't think they were ever unable to order a new car, but certainly perhaps not the best dealiership to borrow a demonstrator etc when first changed from Keiths Garages to Jardine Motors. I think that may be changing though. Jardine Motors Group seems to be growing and there are certainly fresh new models in the showroom.

Last time I was in there (to pick up another locking wheel nut) they certainly looked like they had lots of new models.

Amersham Audi were very rude and unhelpful to us on one occasion so we will never be going back there

I bought an Approved Used Audi A3 3.2 from them a few years ago, as part of the deal I got them to retro fit rear parking sensors.

Upon collection of the car, they had fitted the parking sensors in the wrong place, not where they are fitted by the factory, ruining the look of the rear end.
200 mile drive home saw the full (checked upon collection) cooling tank drain away. Upon taking the car to my local Audi Dealer they advised the radiator was shot and was replaced under warranty. Suspect they new this as I thought at the time that the cooling tank looked like it had been overfilled.

The Parking Sensors were only working intermittently and local Audi dealership advised that Amersham had fitted non-Audi parts and they would only investigate further if Amersham agreed to pay their labour rates. I tried calling Amersham Audi dozens of times to speak to various members of staff with the receptionist constantly insisting they were unavailable.

Colleague at work offered me what I paid for it so I took the cash and moved on, though would never purchase a car or have a car worked on by them.
