Looking at the background I'm guessing it's not a numberplate but is a trailer identifier? (P... A... Transport or P.... A ... Trailer)

On the subject of number plates, I know this isn't strictly what this thread is about but this plate did make me chuckle...



DOA on a give blood van? Perhaps someone at the DVLA has a sense of humour?!
