Aseem (or Azeem) I would imagine.

Edit - Google suggests Aseem is a Sanskrit name that means limitless or endless and can describe a life without end.

Trivial laws like the need for a GBG plate do not apply to drivers of white Range Rovers. So, probably, yes, it will be from Guernsey.
