For me, anyone with KSA in their name, or who has Finnish tags - no matter what, they will kill me and still have 100% health. This includes one bloke yesterday who I hit with an RPG, then about 20 rounds from my assault rifle. He still ran at me and I died - with him still having 100% health. Or the fellow I put 4 airburst into, then had time to reload and get another 4 airburst (all with hit markers) on him. He then stood up, I died, 100% health.
These people can also be facing the wrong way, can be behind 2-3 walls, can be across the map - they will still kill me.

I agree though it dose seem a little unfair for us Uk players sometimes. I find I very hard against the French and the Swedish for some reasons. I still think the French slow our internet speeds down as I have always had a problem playing against them, even on peer to peer stuff.

Doesn't matter what line i use - same instances, interspersed with a few decent ones. For what its worth most consoles are accredited to around 1 meg permanent usage - that's for normal gaming - with connection dependent speeds for downloading.
Ping is the more deciding factor - i average 32ms - which is more than enough over both my lines.

Were in the world are the EU servers hosted? My guess is they are central EU so you really need to understand your ping to the host. I would have thought they would have done some active balancing (monitor everyone's ping and adjust to a common number for all players).
My guess is the guys in central EU have better connections to the servers than players in the UK simply because they are closer.
Don't forget it doesn't matter how fast your internet connections is to your ISP (assuming located in the UK) as you will still have to go down the same copper once you are connecting to a EU IP address as everyone else.

)i will be. Not got a great deal of expectation to be honest as i don't really class it as a true battlefield game. Good to see the zipline and rope climbing gizmo's though (BF2 SF anyone?)

I remember the Zipline from bf2 SF. One of the mods I had played the Indiana Jones music when you used it.
