You should be able to charge the company labour for your time . I supplied a bill to gaz but they would not pay and denied there was a problem , even after two adjusters falling off ,adjustment arrows falling off ,one seized ,two squeaky shock absorbers and nodding dog syndrome .

They are not playing ball.

Why is it you can buy budget shock absorbers from local auto factors for "normal cars" ,fit them and have no problems .laughfurious

My Pros have 400/325 and the Nitrons 500/400 FYI.
Did you have them valved for those spring rates or just 'creep up' on them?

The 'whoosh' the valves see due to the force of recoil on strong springs is much greater, but less on compression which can really mess up the valving when drastically out of spec.

How delicate are the valves ? can you get away with say 70 LB difference or would the valves need setting exactly to the spring rates .

They were valved for those springs, especially the Nitrons after careful consideration and discussion.

Do you know what spring rates your running Anthony? I've got new pro's and have paperwork saying 500lbs front and 400lbs rears but infact my fronts are 400lbs I'm not sure what the rears are now until Ive pulled them! Rather odd!
I have 400F and 375R Alun, and they feel good.

Love my second hand GGPs. paperbag

PS, I do have an intermittent funny noise from the rear suspension.....eek
Car at garage for service -
GGP's weeping at the front eek
Knocking noise seems likely to have been handbrake cables knocking on the things next to them. Now cable tied together. smile

The excellent Mat Smith. Watched him working this morning. He's really knowledgable and skilled, and sensibly priced too.
Oh, and he spotted that my bonnet is coming free from its fixings before it has flown over the top of the car. Result

heard alot of good reports from the Norfolk swampy lot in the car club about him. They used to use someone near melton until Matt came along. They have said that he does top notch work.
