if you attend a TVRCC trackday some of the specialist insurers will cover you free of charge but your excess will rise to 10% of value. I'm with classicline and they provide this service. I'm 37 with 7years ncb and pay 380 pa with a protected ncb

My insurance is with Sunninghill - £700 fully comp, (£500 excess) which covers me for 30 days driving in Europe and track days (£1000 excess). They were the cheapest by far, with most other companies quoting at least £500 more and not including track day cover!

Is that the one issued by Norton Insurance in Birmngham? Your premium is very close to mine but Norton can be a bit surly and I wondered if I can get the same policy through someone else.
