So Rockstar just released details for all the things you get if you transfer your character across - as in, incentives to keep returning for PS4. Images below for those who can't access the direct link: http://www.rockstargames.com/newswire/article/5233...
Dodo Seaplane: Obtainable through a Random Event
Imponte Duke'o'Death: A special version of the Dukes, available through a Random Event. Implies you always get chased when driving it, though it's nearly indestructable.
After meeting Solomon Richards, Michael can attempt to solve a murder mystery himself and unlock two 'noir' filters for both the game and Snapmatic.
Railgun. Enough said. Also a hatchet unlocked as a melee weapon.
Kraken Sub: Franklin gets a wildlife photography challenge to take a photo of every new animal included in the game (Orca, Hammerhead shark, new dogs, cats, etc) and unlock the new Kraken Sub
Stock Cars: Some new free-roam Muscle races will unlock liveried versions of current and classic muscle cars - that's a Stallion behind the Gauntlet
Xero Blimp: Faster and more manoeuvrable than the old Atomic one. Potentially also available online.
Cheval Marshall: Yes, that's a monster truck version of the Picador.
There's another photography challenge - if you can find all the monkey graffiti and photograph them, you get a 'Go Go Monkey' version of the Blista.
Also you can transfer your character from say, PS3 to PS4, but the character remains available for PS3, though rank up progress isn't shared. So if we wanted to keep playing PS3, we can.

kers are giving the CE content to everyone.You'll still be able to drive your exclusive content cars on PS3 without seeing anyone else in them - and that's what you bought... You will also get them free on PS4 but everyone else will have to pay. So thanks for letting me drive your Khamelion, because I know I won't buy one now 
My PS4 turned up today. And I've pre-ordered GTA for it just before the announcement of new stuff. So far the controller is the biggest improvement; the old one feels quite lightweight and insubstantial in comparison.

Sorry Ned - if you need to be dissuaded, I now have a £300 device under my telly which I don't yet have a use for. And as I suspected, I'm going to want to get a new telly to replace my 720p Sony, which is a real shame as it's been a fantastic set.
I bet it looks prwitttttty though.see thats another thing i need, i have a Samsung 720p telly which i bought new 6/7 years ago, still going strong but i'd feel something was missing without the 1080p goodness.
