New update tomorrow. A new fighter jet (not sure if it has guns/missles or not) and a new car that looks a bit like a C2 Corvette.

Actually managed to get my first sniper shot kill against someone in a fighter jet the other day. Couldn't believe how lucky I was. So satisfying!

Seems to be a few air vehicles. It didn't mention any weapons, but this could be the first update without a weapon included. Il be on later and throwing out session invites.

Cheers for the invite mate, I was arse deep in flight school when you sent it. That ground control mission was a pain in the arse!

Had a quick go of the airschool mission earlier, gave up when i got bored of trying to do the fly in formation test smile

On a plus note, did manage to take out someone earlier who was in the small helicopter that fires the rockets.
I Just stood in an open space as they were firing the rockets and managed to kill them with 1 of my machine guns smile

Had some right knob cheese who kept killing me in a jet last night. I got him a couple of times when his jet crashed but the bell end just went running back for another one. Literally just stayed in the air the whole time. I don't know how people can be so accurate in the jet. Those guns seem fantastic.

The guns are overpowered on the jet - if you can hit something you kill it.

The Soldier, Biggles, The Gay Cowboy, and the Top Gun (quite literally)

In fact Sam in a Laser jet reminded me of the Rock's speech from Fast 5...

"Aright listen up! The guy we're after is a professional pilot. He likes speed and is guaranteed to go down the hardest possible way so make sure you've got your thunderwear on. We find him we take him as a team and we bring him back. And above all else we don't ever, ever let him get into a jet"

Well I was online and getting running commentary from another crew member whose game you (and two other crew members, who were not in the wiki) joined.

Continuous spawn killing with buzzard attack choppers on said crew member
Camping outside his apartment with sticky bombs when he ran away
Going to passive mode when him and his friend tried to retaliate, then flicking out of it to kill him
Sticky bombing and destroying his personal car
Etc

And not stopping this until he left the session, by which point he was 0-27 kill/death.

To quote the general crew rule from earlier in this thread (by Tom, crew leader) :-

"dont have a problem with PH'ers mates joining the crew, but trolling/griefing has a low tolerance, as you know we are (mostly) a helpfull crew, and it us up to the ph'er to explain this to their friend."

That should be explanation enough. You joined pistonheads just to get in the crew and as you have said, you are a member of other crews so shouldn't be a problem for you.

As a side note, Civ. It would be good to know when this happened, considering I've been on all of two times in the last two weeks. Once this week to come on and buy the new jet, second to come online and fly said jet.
Ignoring your rant/attack at me for the moment...

I was invited into a party yesterday by a crew member in the middle of this happening. He and his mate were giving me a running commentary. They gave me the three names of the crew doing the trolling... Yours was one of the three. The other two were not even listed in the wiki as far as I could see so they were easy anyway.

Now who do I believe here... Someone who actually saw me online and straight away gets me into the party to report (I actually got a game invite too, I really should have accepted) or you, who yet again gets personal and has a massive rant at me?

Ps. The lad you were attacking is actually Tom's (crew leader) nephew. And he was pretty upset when he was in his apartment watching CCTV of a few crew members sticky bombing up his exits after already destroying his personal elergy. The only other crew members I could see online at the time were indeed you and the other two names he gave me. He's a good lad and had no reason to lie to me. Like I said, he was actually getting pretty upset by this.

Had Tom, Broadspeed, or any of the others with kick power been online the result I think would be identical.

Its a game for christ sake!

We have always had 'rules' for crew members, particularly covering team killing / trolling etc, crew members that have been warned previously (as in this case) will be kicked. If any of the other crew bosses had been around they would have done the same, aiming an attack on Civ is unfair just because he was on at the time, had it happened a few hours later I would have been on and would have wielded the axe myself.

Actually, Civ.

Why did you have to deduce who in the crew was online at the time? Why couldn't Toms nephew just tell you my Gamertag? How did he manage to get killed 27 times (by me!!!!) while IN his apartment? If I was trolling spawn points (aren't spawn points random anyway?) in a Buzzard, at what point did he manage to get to his apartment? I would ask whether you'd want to change lobby after someone's killed you 15 times, especially if you're already in the apartment, but that's besides the point. Besides the crew I haven't seen teamwork ever happen between strangers on free mode. Which is why I enjoyed being a part of the crew.

Maybe it didn't occur to you to ask for the gamer tag and you needed to look online like you said, but Jesus Civ. Either you weren't very clever or you're lying. Either is pretty embarrassing.
Yeah, Jesus Civ, listen to this guy. He obviously knows a thing or two about embarrassing.

I feel the need to step in here, but as I was not online it's difficult for me to pass judgement. Il speak to the member in question (my nephew) and get a detailed version of events. Il speak with Paul via pm and from there il make a disicion. In the mean time can we please stop with personal belittling on here. We don't all play the same way, but as long as it's within the rules then it's ok. I'm happy to address issues as they arise. If anyone has problems please contact me personally and I will do what I can.

I don't want our crew to become a group of bully's. I want our crew to be more like 'cheers' - where your always welcome and everyone knows your name.

My last response to you again, ignoring the personal....

He gave me your gamer tags from the list of players in his session and from the 'killed by..' Messages on his screen
Gamer tags and rockstar social club names are often different (you yourself have different rockstar name to gamer tag)
I looked in the crew section of the game menu, this shows me which crew members are online at the time I case I want to join people (doesn't everyone know this?)
Quite a few of his deaths were on route back to his apartment when him and his mate ran away from you guys

Keep telling yourself this is somehow all my fault by all means.

Ps. thank you Carl and hehe Zespak

I was on the other night, and was getting slaughtered at the airport, (I'm good at getting taken out) and Paul did indeed turn up.
He was taking people out which enabled me to jump into a buzzard helicopter, then between us we managed to take out all the annoying sods at the airport smile

Have to admit was very handy having Paul turn up unexpected and not once did he take me out.

I've randomly bumped into a few crew players on my travels and all have always been fair and helpful smile

Sorry, meant to add that my gamertag is venicequeen1970
