Japan with kids ?

Is it doable ? Much there for them to enjoy ?

Id love to go there but have to tie it in with a family hols (7yr old and 12yr old)

They wouldn't just be happy that they were in Japan? I was happy at that age with a park and a ball hehe

12 hour flight? With kids, not sure I would do that but mine are 20 months and 2 weeks away from being born.

Before I had kids, I did get drunk in Tokyo and NYC in the same night.

I'm headed out to Tokyo this morning. I work there quite frequently.
Unless you have highly cultured children, Disneyland Tokyo may be the sole attraction And you can do that a lot closer to home. I love Japan, but as a kid I think I would have been bored and terrified of some of the food offerings.
My 2c worth - wait until they are older teenagers - for them it would be exciting, culturally interesting and very different.

It certainly has been a long and painful pregnancy for me. I should ask the wife how it has been for her.
