Folks, if anyone has some good local knowledge would appreciate some help. I've put together a route for part of a road trip that should see us stop for a night somewhere near the Ring and then the following day we motor down to the Fruedenstadt area of the BF for night number 2 , day 3 takes us through to the Southern part of the Region, dipping into CH for the Rheinfalls and then across to Mulhouse.

As there's a lack of streetview for Germany sanity checking the route/roads is a bit tricky and i've trawled the web for 'recommends'....however, aside from the well known roads such as the 500 i'm working in the dark on the others. I appreciate that often in some regions/countries the suggestion of 'just pick a smaller road, they'll all be great', can hold true, but the one thing i really have no clue about is how small some of the smaller roads really are. Getting over there and finding i've just lotted 100miles of farm track won't go down well with the Group!

So, if anyone has solid local knowledge and is willing to have a look at some .itn files ( can no doubt translate those into gmaps )then would be helpful....many thx Mark

Instead of the B roads, use the L roads. Much more fun to be had.
