Cream leather seats refurb

I have just bought a Saab convertible with cream leather seats with black inserts.

The cream is not only dirty in places but more importantly on the front 2 seats they are very cracked with deep colour loss ie black cracks.
What is the test way to tackle this even just to get back to a slightly satisfactory condition.... Products...? Companies....?

The guys above appear to be quite good and have franchises around the UK. If you're going to ask someone to do it then I guess a reputable detailer can do it. Lots of good ones in the UK depending where you are.
