Great quote from Brian Hanrahan who was the BBC reporter onboard the Aircraft Carrier Hermes. He wasn't allowed to say how many aircraft was in the bombing raid but it was his very clever way of informing the families that no aircraft were lost.

All the press stared off onboard HMS Invincible where I was but when the press reported that 2 helicopters collided and ditched in thick fog when we sailed from Portsmouth the Captain, JJ Black, kicked them off Invincible for 'Disclosing a drop in capability' so they all went over to Hermes.
