BMW 530d MSport for £360 (6+23) including VAT. Now that's a deal!

Agreed! If all is as quoted ie personal, 6+23 and a 3.0D M Sport then it's exceptional.
I think G2L have a similar / same deal.

Just had an email from my local Fiat dealer - not a lease deal but PCP with optional final payment, but only £135 deposit and £135/month for two years, for a Fiat 500 1.2 Pop. Not a bad deal! (£3375 for two years motoring).
Would you be able to PM the details of this to me please?
And me!
Just squaring this one off:

Chopped in my ageing 330d so ended up with the Lounge for the same money, £135 over 3 years. Taking into account tax and other maintenance, the fuel saving on my commute makes it just about free. It's slooooooooow but it has aircon, a nice glass roof and makes me look like some kind of obese clown so I'm happy hehe

Depends what sort of car you are after but I'm very tempted to set fire to the other half's Fiat 500 so I can lease her a Fiesta Zetec-S Ecoboost at that sort of money, which must be an infinitely better car to drive!

The Corsa VXR deal at £135\month looks good value to me.

Like the fiestas but without it being an ST I wouldn't be settled with it. Corsa vxr might be a good shout. Never been a corsa fan, bit chav-tastic but the vxr seems to have stepped away a tad and seem to be fairly capable machines for what they are.

No, it's not - it's over £10k to use it for 2 years. You can order a base spec 530d M Sport through drivethedeal for about £32k at the moment.

You won't buy a 2012 530d M Sport with 15-20k miles on it for £22k, therefore the lease cost is rather more than the depreciation. As is usually the case.

DTD are coming up at 33762 for me.

The lease cost may be more than depreciation but I'd rather have £33k liquid than tied up in a car.

Appreciate it's not for all though.

I don't think it's too far off, looking at something like this in the PH classifieds and trying to spec to the same level (at least £2.5K of options at list price), somewhere like DTD might be what, £35-36K (going on the £33K-ish in the post above as a baseline)? Given what the dealer would have taken it in for, I reckon there's probably not more than a few quid difference in the end, maybe even in favour of the lease (factoring in RFL too).

I know somebody earlier said at least 2016 for the new car but aren't they usually 7 year cycles, wasn't the F10 released in 2010? So replaced in 2017? If so it's still a way off.

The E60 was 2003 to 2010, but its facelift was 2007; the F10 facelift was 2012 so possibly they've planned a shorter cycle this time - 5 years would be a long time with no change whatsoever, unless they're doing another facelift in between or very confident their competitors won't have anything fresh in that time.

LCI was only 12 months ago, I had a courtesy 530d M sport brand new in July 2013 pre LCI.
