You can ask the company to Guarantee the contract hire deal, and then you pay it all, there is no BIK implications then.

Then agree on what you will take extra each month as car allowance.

Absolutely stupid idea.

The BIK on that car is £756 a month, on principal just buy it yourself, otherwise you are paying twice.

Ask for the £756 as wage, you will still be around £300 a month better off.

If they supply fuel the BIK is £985 a month.
Cheers for the advice guys.

I'm a director of the company so I don't need anyone to sign it off per se. Im just asking if it's not a bad deal in the context of taking away the BIK.

I think though with BIK I will have to talk to the accountant and will probs end up putting it through privately.

Sounds like a sensible price for an RS4 - does it have to be one of those specifically?

You can get an S5 for half the price, for instance.

Paying more money to get a longer driving ban, sounds like a good idea.

If you can get round the BIK go for it.

£592+vat sounds about right.

Have you enquired on a a pcp with a new one?

If it were me I would get the company to guarantee it, this allows you to get business rates, and then pay for it personally, avoiding BIK.
You can then up your dividend or wages to cover the cost and pay yourself 45p per miles to cover the 'business' miles you are doing, this could cover at least half of the monthly payments maybe more.

Hello All,

Fingers over the trigger for an Audi RS4, I've shopped around and found this. (Standard business contract hire, will run it through the books, BIK might kill me though!!)

Audi RS4
Misano Red Pearl
Privacy Glass
Audi Parking System Advanced
Power Increase (174 MPH)
12,000 pa
6+35
Road tax included
£592.00+VAT

Does it sound good to the lease heads out there.......?

To me...it doesn't look that attractive.

A 3 year /10k pa PCP with those options and circa £8k discount will see your payments of £700 a month with a £3500 deposit and no BIK. All prices include vat.

Have you changed your mind on the Mitsubishi then? Someone in the unit next to mine has one, it's goppingly ugly up close!

This is for the Mrs - she is dead set on a leaf at £2600 and £200 over 2 years but I think the Auris would give better overall value - I am seeing if I can get near the Leaf financials. Personally I need to see how my company does over xmas before I decide between Tesla, I8 or G-Wiz biggrin (its looking like a G-Wiz unless xmas kicks off soon)

I notice leasers are increasingly offering 8k deals, presumably to allow them to offer a headline-grabbing money deal. But who in all honesty would want a car with such a low mileage window? 8000 miles a year is only 21 miles a day. One 400 mile round trip to see the old folks or whatever will use up nearly two-thirds of one month's 'allowance'.

You should be able to get a Leaf for a lot less that that. Have you shopped about?

I've used my current car as I have every other car over the years and I've done 13,300 miles in it since April 2013 so around 8.5k a year, it is also our only car and gets used everyday.

I do however regularly spend time in Spain so it obviously doesn't rack up miles then.

I reckon I could get away with 8k per annum when I come to sort out a lease next year as I often walk to work, but like you say it's the trips to visit the olds (270 mile round trip) or a trip up to see my football team (similar distance) that would start to skew it so will probably end up going with 10k.

Seem to be advertising a Tekna (non-flex) for £999 + £192? What's your mileage on your current quote?

Some times it works out cheaper to pay the mileage excess than it is to up the miles to the required amount.
