I'm sure I've seen that house. What county are you in?
I thought I recognised it as well. Then I remembered it had been previously posetd up asking about stone masonry refurbishment in a different thread.

Lovely house!!

Cheers, the pictures flatter to be honest but it has a lot of potential.

Thankyou, yes we have a Stonemason now, was thinking of putting a restoration thread on here where people could amuse themselves at the scale of the task ahead!

Pic from when we moved in. 110 years old with character! Was our first joint purchase at 30 years old. Prior to that I was a forces camp resident.

Think that's the biggest cat slide roof I have ever seen.

Thanks. This picture was taken just before we moved in. I look at the grass and wonder how I could have killed it so successfully since then. However, up until 2 days ago the grass was under 3 foot of snow so I do not think that helps.

It's OK. That's my wife's spot. Her car is leased and we all know that leasing a car is not really owning a car so no loss.

It's a slightly smaller version of the house my gardener uses, isn't it?
