Rabbit has runny nose

We have been to the vets already when we noticed him not eating.
He was given a jab of antibiotics and a follow up of a daily dose given by us.

Since the course stopped he has started eating and becoming more active again, but still has a runny nose.

Any suggestions before we fork out another vet bill?
