Paint holding water
Discussion
A filthy car or car with no wax will always dry quicker as the moisture evaporates from whatever filth it is attached to rather than bead up like on a waxed car.
I`m sure the facts about a waxed car being better for the paint are well researched but I don`t have the answer without googling.

A dirty car has a larger surface area for moisture to evaporate off. Beaded water will take longer to evaporate because the water is concentrated (the droplets) into a much smaller area.I`m sure the facts about a waxed car being better for the paint are well researched but I don`t have the answer without googling.
Get a nice clean watering can (that has not been used for any chemicals), fill with water and add a splash of Demon Shine.
Et Voilà.
Nice shiny car with no water sitting on it.
There's a lot to explain about why water sits on a waxed car.
Demon shine appears to brake the surface tension of the droplets causing them to run off the paint nicely.
It gives a nice streak free finish too.

Good tip cheers.
So just wash the car as normal rinse and then rinse again with the demon additive?
Yep, that's it.So just wash the car as normal rinse and then rinse again with the demon additive?
Great stuff, works really well.
I also find that the inexpensive turtle wax car shampoo has a similar effect, washes off really well and water beads off rather than sitting on it.
There are some good products out there that don't cost a fortune, it's just a case of trial and error.
