It's odd because the sound I hear doesn't seem like the sound I'd expect with all those musicians playing. It's as if the only audio is from the people on the central platform performing as a group and selected vocalists with the focus mainly on female voices.

Or my speakers are rubbish.

You can see the mics on masts scattered about which are picking up the audio. Definitely a LOT of instruments! Also note the LED metronome which is a great way of keeping everyone in sync very accurately. It sounds fab on my system (Cyrus amp, Celestion A2 speakers)!

What's mad to see is that last night it was on 32,000 views....now it's on 4m!

I reckon, and it's only my theory, that the recording we hear is not the same as the images we see. The music was recorded with the best 3 or 4 players, perhaps even more, they had a lot of peeps there (guitars, bass, drums), the lyrics were actually recorded from quite a few singers on the day too and then both were linked together in the final editing.

I'm not knocking the effort, don't get me wrong, it's a bloody brilliant video but as an ex drummer I'd say coordinating 250 drums to play exactly together in one take seems nigh on impossible (and we're not talking marching band single drums).

They have done all this in a day is a great achievement, they deserve their FF gig!

I on my 352nd viewing ... so yes I noticed all that. It's almost perfect. All I am saying is that it wasn't done in 1 take and that not everybody was recorded. that's all.

It's show business. What we hear is 10x better than what anyone there on the day heard.

Elsewhere on YT, there are videos from spectators, recording it live. It sounds... well, how you'd expect: rather weak, indistinct and a lot like a typical anthem singalong at a festival.

There's a reason why producers get paid a decent wedge. This one fixed the dynamics and blurred the timing (caused by the space). And made a great video. That's show business.

07/11/2015 Yuma, AZ Footage begins @ 0:50
Driver of the car apparently broke his ankle when he went to the ground, which is why I'm told he did not go to jail. He has multiple charges against him including endangerment, threatening, and assault. Myself and the police officers I spoke with clearly believe he was under the influence of something. Court date pending.

Update 07/13/15: Police department officials have told me that they are still waiting for blood test results to come back to determine what if anything was in the guys system, I will keep everyone posted.

Update: 07/14/15: Thank you everyone for the positive comments and support, I have read most of all of them. Special thank you to all the Motovloggers who commented and shared my video on facebook and other platforms, you guys are the reason I decided to buy a helmet camera in the first place.

Update 07/16/15: I've been informed that on the day of the incident a police officer smelt alcohol on the mans breathe, when asked if he had been drinking he admitted to having 4-5 shots of whiskey prior. His full list of pending charged are as follows:
Disorderly Conduct x2
Endangerment x2
Threatening x2
Assault x2
DUI x1
The investigation is complete and has been forwarded to the state prosecution, I've been told it will take 30-90 days before he goes to court and/or is sentenced.

The kid done good that's for sure. The fella lying on the ground has real anger problems and is pretty lucky he didn't pick on the wrong person or end up cracking his head on the road.
