Why wood for the air brake doors?
I assume it's to enable the team to trial fit and "align" (with a big hammer??) the hinges for said doors, before the "real" doors are available, which are probably milled by hand trained royal blood hamsters out of the worlds finest unobtainium and then bathed in the milk of 1000 Oxen for 100 days before being polished to a shine by 24 vessel virgins. or something like that.... ;-)

(hinges must be a bit of a 'mare, being multiple hinges on a curved surface, and having to be pretty chunky to prevent the "doors being blown off" /MichaelCain when they operate)
Nah, I reckon Morgan have just been added as project sponsors and brought along some of their cutting edge design ideas . . .

Fairly large air tank delivered today, this will enable us to spin the EJ200 up using the AMAD/Airstart car system.

Looks like the 'staff' are wondering where the compressor part is........

That will take some filling - what pressure do you need?

5000 litres at 3.5 bar, all released in 30 seconds to wake the EJ200 up.

It's a new video telling the full story of the test. Well worth 2mins of your time, if I might say so myself!

Nope, if we do the HTP will decompose on contact.

May I suggest that you add something with a recognisable scale within the frame of your photos to show the massiveness of this engineering wink
I've no proper idea if this is a smaller than a saucer or (as I strongly suspect?) larger than a dustbin lid.

Judging by the tool case I'd say it's about 40cm across.

Agreed. A mug of tea in each shot should do the trick.

Early discussion has started taking place ref year two rocket layout.

Dependent on whether we have two rockets at the top & one underneath or vice versa in the 2016 car, three rocket cluster will influence the redesign of the 2016 rear end as currently three rockets & rear dampers/bellcranks occupy the same space.
