I was at a dinner last evening and i was shown a picture of a german registered left hand drive typhon,it was photographed on Mersea Island. The driver spoke no English so i cannot give any more info, it was dark green , i thought there were only 4 road registered.

There have been stories of a German Typhon but no one can confirm them. It certainly wasn't built at Bristol avenue while the factory was in operation.

It may well be a Tuscan with Typhon body parts.

Did you get any contact details for the owner/driver?

Is there a big difference in chassis and running gear between the Mk2 Tuscan and Typhon ?

Totally different front and rear cubes on the Typhon.

Taken when the orange car was in the 'Wesham Barn'

this dealer is well known for its "exotic" cars...usually far overpriced...and lots of (kit)cars from is portfolio have a dodgy registration....and / or lots of cars seem to be advertized with "interesting" history...often with a fictional story to attract buyers.....would you buy something at such a dealer?

Edit: the advert says it was a Tuscan converted to typhun after an accident
