Driving roads within one hour of Mardid

Hello all.
As per the title, I am looking for advice / recommendations on driving roads close to Madrid.
We have a day off there next week and I am looking at renting something Italian and rapid for the day and having a day of automotive hedonism.
Anyone got any ideas for nice sweeping empty roads lined with pretty girls and stunning scenery?

Mountain ranges north of Madrid are quite interesting - Baby JS and I spanked around there for a day as part of his mashoosive European road trip a couple of years ago. Lots of snow poles on the roadside and ski resorts at higher altitude tho so chances are it might be a bit an the slippery side ATM
