What price a pair of socks for Christmas?

I've just been browsing to get a few ideas for Christmas shopping day tomorrow. I discovered something I didn't know - any idea what one of the best selling gifts for men is this year? Savile Row socks at ... £20 per pair!!!

You can buy three pairs for a pound in poundland!

£20 or 30p! You decide.

I paid £8 for 3 pairs for my g/f from ASOS, they seem perfectly fine socks.
No, I did not exclusively buy her socks.

I was stunned by some prices of socks though, can't really justify paying more than £10 for 2-3 pairs. They're just socks!

I have a good amount of grey/black primark socks for daily use, however I also have a few pairs of more colourful yet smart socks including Ralph lauren etc.

The RL ones cost 10-15 per pair and last for years, primark ones fall apart after 6 months of use and washing.

it gets worse If you have big feet ! Try finding reasonable priced socks at size 14.

How long would the RL socks last if you used them daily?

Do you really want to be wearing a pair of socks for that long?

Matalan do decent enough socks.

What's all this pairs of socks , you buy them in packs of --- 4 socks , 6 socks, 8 socks ect. just pick up the first two socks and put them on, only decision is -- blue on the right or green on the right.
