on a more lighthearted note, came home to this the other day...

as you can see from Monza's tell tale grin he hasn't mastered the art of the poker face "it wiznae me" expression that the others pets have biggrin

What a shame - poor Bolly, fingers crossed that he recovers well.

Pesty - how is your dog getting on?
Hi. Not particularly well. I really don't know what to say. He's limping still on both legs. It's like watching an arthritic 15 year old dog. It hard for me to even look at him walking frown

Thanks for the update, I'm sorry to hear that he's not any better. Would it be possible to be referred to a vet school?

(We've recently had Monza at the one in Edinburgh - he's got skin/scratching issues...so far he's allergic to house dust mites - he's on special food for 6 weeks to see if he's allergic to any particular foods too). I was very impressed with the team that were looking after him.

I hope he's feeling better soon (he looks very comfy on the sofa thumbup )

It's not his bad leg that's the issue its that they operated on the wrong leg now he's putting all his weight on the bad one.

We have been recommended a void vet near by who we will be going to but I want to wait a while he's not up to it up yet.

Barry and Daisy went out for a walk earlier with the wife, they met up with Barry's mum and dad and some of his siblings.

Barry was let off the lead and behaved himself; Daisy was let off the lead too and behaved as well, they are now back and exhausted:

My d!ckheads have had a good week of walks. Started doing a quick 30 minutes early in the morning and i've upped their afternoon walk to closer to an hour now as they're 6 months old. Mostly they just trot along beside me or go exploring a little bit so i'm hoping it won't be too detrimental to their joint growth, trouble is even at that they're nowhere near worn out. They still stomp around like looneys in the garden when we're home.
Training is going well, they're better in the house than out, getting into bed when told and not jumping up so much. Still working on recall when they're out as it's taken a hit recently as they become more confident.

Being a terrible dog owner, I let Misty out this morning and forgot her for an hour.

The little sod can jump a 6ft fence!

She was found scurrying around on the other side trying to work out how to get back in.

First time I have ever uploaded a photo on here. Meet Shaggydog, my mate's dog. He is a Lhaso-doodle. Love him to bits.
