Cheers
He's getting on a bit now, going a bit deaf and blind and nigh on toothless now, but he's great until he decides to wipe a mouthful of drool on you!
lost my Bullmastiff last year aged 14. I always remember him chewing away at something only to spit out one of his molars and then he went back to sleep.
thanks for posting the photos.

Cheers. He's my first dog

I'm training him to work to the gun and he is doing so well.

Will start talking him shooting this season

Does he have a dog called Riever in his pedigree? #

I have mine trained for the gun, not that I shoot but I intend to go beating with her. Its great fun and really rewarding when they do what they are meant to do. But cockers do cocker stuff which usually isn't what they are meant to do wink

Good luck with the training.

My 12yr old was worked when he was younger, a great dog but as you say, they have a tendency to do what they like! Heard a quote once that went 'if the Devil shot, he'd shoot over a pair of cockers'!

There is also the old adage "a Labrador is born half trained, a spaniel dies half trained". They are great dogs though.

I'm extremely proud of Poppy's tolerance of Ralph! I took them to work today, left them for two minutes and this is how I found them on my return!
