Without doubt one of the most consistent and impressive match officials in the game for me. Has anyone seen her get something terribly wrong? Never seen her have a bad game.

Yes a few times but I think the commentators were too scared to dwell on it. Can't remember which games but noticed a few times. But female officials are great in that a player goes to complain and swear, sees her and stops in his tracks.

I was wondering if there was some reluctance to highlight stuff by the like of MOTD.

Not sure about MOTD but seen it on sky where she's made a blatant mistake and the the guys in the studio have just glossed over it.

Amy Rayner had a shocking game when she ran the line in one of our matches. Unfortunately our manager at the time decided to air his views in the wrong way, rather than the right way...let's see if anyone remembers that and guesses who I support?

She's an asst referee, and human. She'll have good games and bad. I think she's one of the better ones. But her gender is completely irrelevant.

She is great for 3 weeks a month and then seems to lose it for the final week. No idea why.

It is relevant to my point. And that's the only point in which her gender was brought up.
