Oh, I've set something to scan for "lube" and divert it to my inbox. Clearly you didn't offer to lube up in your email.

Well today's session was supposed to be 240kg for reps from 12" (floor to centre of bar). A friend came to train and ended up egging each other on for a max rep from 18".

Ended up doing 300kg for 2 reps, had to stop because the plates fell off but had plenty more in me!
Suprised myself to be honest smile

Thanks smile
The blue plate was already about half an inch over the end of the bar. Unfortunately we don't have enough 20's in the gym so had to use 2 10kg's! :/

What kind of gheyism is this, where we don't even pick the weight up off the floor?

Youth of today. Tut.

How's everyone getting on?
I've just started introducing veg into.my diet...... via a blender..... in my pasta sauce so I can't taste it.
So far I've had explosive diarrhea, I knew this so called healthy stuff was bad for me biggrin

Trying to increase T levels through diet, see if it makes any difference smile

5 weeks ago... 83kg, flabby, no flexibility, little strength, couldn't run the length of myself, no energy...

Low carb/high protein diet + 4 days a week in the gym since.

Today... 76kg, most of the flab gone, fitness way up, can complete squats, deadlifts, overhead presses, etc all with the proper range of motion lifting more on each, each week.

Starting 5x5 stuff soon, happy so far. Most of the weight came off in the first 3 weeks and has been relatively stable since then. Waste still shrinking though, just managing to put on a lot of muscle luckily.

Still not sorted out your tummy issues?

What do you eat to increase T levels?

Nope frown
Pre - assessment 29th this month then colonscopy about 2 weeks after.

Eating wise I'm eating.
Brazil nuts, walnuts and spinach (plus any fats from meat) to make sure I get 30% of my calories through good fats.
Then eating broccoli for anti estrogen reasons and cauliflower does something which I can't remember.
I have about 160g of fat a day now through the above where as I was eating around 120g before and consuming 600g+ carbs a day to 400g ish now.
I'll ask for a t level test in arouns 6-8 weeks to see if the diet has improved my levels at all.
I might also try some supplements such as d aspartic acid (tastes nasty yuck)

Good luck with the colonoscopy. Opt for sedation. wink

Sounds interesting. Let me know how you get on with the T levels.
