Thanks gents.

Gym four evenings a week, circuits before breakfast and a proper diet. No potions, no wonder supplements. Just lots of hard work and being imaginative with greens, brown rice and lean meats.

Was lucky to meet a great PT my first night at the gym who I stuck with right through. He sorted all the programming and diet, can't thank him enough really.

Great transformation, some nice definition in your back now.

Ive lost 6lbs this week, was shocked and had to weigh myself 3 times to be sure.
I won't say what I weigh now, Im sure Smithy eats more in a day, but Im at my lightest Ive been since I was early 20's

Smiffy, where do I find that on fb?

I went in the end, met a mate of a mate from fb, he's a fitness model and I had a nice chat. He talked about the ridiculously low marketing. I am not sure how I found out...fb, maybe. But while I was there the cops were called and there was obviously a ruckus going on..the event itself was a small one, but OK. I've not been to any of the big ones so I cannot compare, but I wasn't expecting much.

I don't know it's size in relation to others, it seemed smallish to me, could walk around it in ten-fifteen mins.
No pics.

Nice.

Yea I went too and was shocked how small it was. As Halb said, saw everything in 10 mins.

I saw the "access all area" passes on the website too, but there was no boundaries inside and all free, just a con.

There was a few guys working the stands in great shape but not really a huge amount. Bought some Physiq joggers to train in and went Trafford Centre, so the day wasn't a total loss.

Defintley want to go to Bodypower now, I hear that is meant to be brilliant?

Well, due to a change in work/life circumstances, I've been unable to accurately log input but I've focused on making sure I burn calories and continue to lift. So I'm still in a decent shape. I've gained 0kg in the last 4 months so I can't really complain.

Well I have gotten some good weeks of training recently. My ankles are probably as good as they are gonna get, so I am running again, and again I am gonna work my other stuff around this. It is annoying how weak I am to years ago, but I can't do both at once.
So a weights day, a HIIT day, a power day and running. biggrin

I'm still awaiting colonscopy results, I imagine I'm waiting for an appointment tbh rather than results turning up or a phone call.
Also found out that I either have or have had a virus in my liver which is why I've been so ill. Booked in for scans too to make sure there's no stones or owt.

Training wise I'm staying quiet until comp time wink

Really enjoying my training at the moment. Always a full body workout with lifting, conditioning circuits and running.

I've also started to eat more when I'm on nightshift which is helping a lot. Usually I lose up to 6pounds over 7 shifts but I've been piling the food in on purpose. Weight floating at around 206 smile

wk the only thing ive done the last few months is have a few bike rides couple of runs. After my knee got better ive just been a lazy fecker tbh. Really need to get back into the swing of things.

Im not really sure what to do, i start a new job in a few weeks which means i wont be able to train before work and id have to change gym. Might just go back to the one around the corner from my house the only trouble is its rubbish.
