I have bought three different brands of creatine, and it always comes in a very fine white powder.

The only product I have bought that looks like sugar (or rock salt) is Beta Alanine.

Funny you asked. I bought some from myprotein recently. I compared it to another bag I bought from them last year but forgot I had and it was totally different. Maybe they made it into a fiver powder so it mixes better?

I got some from myprotein about 4 months ago. That's gritty like caster sugar.

I got some ages ago from them it's fine stuff.
Doesn't mix to great really more like clouds the water. If you don't chug it straight down it settles at the bottom of the shaker.

Makes you thirsty as feck to.

As of this morning, I stand just over 6 foot and weigh 96kg. Not much I can do about the height but as you can see from the pic below (I'm really going to regret that...) something needs to be done about the man-boobs and gut.



I'm fairly fit so I'm hoping that with a bit of discipline and some sensible training, I can get below 90kg in time for my birthday/anniversary holiday in mid-July.

I'll check back in with an update once a week on how I'm getting on. Wish me luck, I'm now off to renew my membership of the cheapy £10 per month gym....

Ok, so it's an extremely late update. But....there has been progress. Now down from 96kg and 85kg. Gym membership was a waste of money. A shiny new bike has proved to be a fantastic investment though.
