Oh my youngest daughter's 21st on the 4th so I wont be able to make it this year

Saw that but where's that date come from? I assume FFG is organising and he and and Andrea have only just got back from their holiday.

That was the date we had for Chatsworth and the reason we decided not to go with it as it clashed with too many other events. It had been suggested that that date and venue would be a good one for the BBWF and the Growl to co-run, so that might be where that has come from?

Have not seen it posted anywhere as yet so the date may be wrong, it is a bit of 2+2= at the moment.

Yep agreed Matthew, it would be nice to get confirmation in the diary, and if it is the July date I am out. All the other model meets are out there now so dunno if it is embargoed?

Same here for me on the July date unfortunately if it does turn out to that weekend. The Griff Growl can never be embargoed, just saving the best for last!

4-6th of July is correct. Not many options as all the people who were thinking of getting married deferred their 2013 into 2014.
Sorry if many of you can't make it.
TBH the way I feel at the minute its not high on my priority list and I'd be happy to skip a year.

Hi Gents

Some of the wedge guys are coming to the Griff Growl, at least 12 in fact.
Paul has kindly invited us to join you.
So far at least 12 wedges will be joinning you, and some of these cars are the rare important cars like the Yellow factory SEAC race car, a road going SEAC, a SX supercharged car, 450SE, 350i's, 350SE's and a couple of 280i's thats as of todays date.
We are all looking forward in joining you at the Growl!

Well I'm looking forward to the Growl, there always was more in common with Griffers and Wedgies than the rest of the models.
