At least Donald got the format right. He realised that arses were now applying simply to become a celeb. Hell he even changed it so the losing team had to camp in the back garden, including outside shower and toiletlaugh

For the past few years he now only does Celeb Apprentice with all money being raised donated to charity

It's one programme I absolutely refuse to watch.

I watched half a episode in the first series and it was just a den of aholes spouting inane management speak only the terminally stupidest of office drones would try to pass off as intellect. I have no idea why Lord Alan Sir Sugartits would waste his time with it, perhaps his forecourt TV thing is on it's arse.

Hmm, perhaps there is a series of Junior Apprentice coming soon, as on the "This spring on BBC" clip I saw on BBC1 the other day, was Alan's bobblehead bobbling about in the boardroom set and mouthing off at people off camera, so I assumed another series was about to air soon. I certainly hope so, I enjoy Junior Apprentice much more than The Apprentice.

I like the apprentice. It's about playing the 'are they actually for real or just putting it on' game.

First few series were worthwhile.

Since the change, the format simply doesn't work. An interview for an investment pitch?

I agree the format is pointless. Why go through 12 weeks of random tasks which have nothing whatsoever to do with their business idea and then only get to hear their ideas at the end?

I agree that the Junior Apprentice is (was) much better but I think the BBC have canned it

Hussar! The human zoo/free to view asylum for the narcissistic and terminally deluded is back.

You do suspect that there are 2, maybe 3, genuinely competent people there - who are kept safe until the final through being split across teams and merely not pointed at if they do end up in the boardroom.

The rest are just good tele.

I always find explanations on jobs they have done in the past or do now are very loose compared to reality. Tends to be a lot of bcensoreds

Well, I see we have a shaven headed company director. No goatee, though!

Argh, my eyes, shiny suits.

Is Chiles wearing a leather suit? Looks like it, but the photos have been photoshopped to hell and back.

Seen the clips and the ridiculous sound bites are coming thick and fast.

Classic Apprentice.

I always dip in and out of this when it's on.
