Cars huh, who'd have 'em.
Saying that, it had a certain something that my other one didn't.
Other one?

Dammit.

The ad says 'spent £10k in last 12 months'. That means it's fixed right?

It should mean that it's more fixed than it was, yes.

... or if you're feeling pessimistic, it just means it costs £10k to keep it going per year. smile

Completely off topic, but I've added my experiences of trying out the Tuscan race car to your thread asking for details. smile

As you were.

From another forum;

This is GENIUS!! A chap posted up about a Cat D Elise and the first response;

“Now this is the story all about how, that car got flipped, turned upside down.
And I'd like to take a minute just sit right there,
I'll tell you how that car became a Cat D on that website there.

From Hethel, East Anglia - Potash Lane - on the race track is where I spent most of my days
Spinning out, drifting, vmaxing all cool,
Straining my head gasket when driven by a tool

When a daft representive who was up to no good,
Started flip-flop drivin in my neighbourhood
We got in one little crash and the insurers gor scared
And said "you're going on the Cat D register rather than repaired"

Has anyone experience of these? Proper 4wd hoon mobile? Or steady grown-up mobile?
Granted mine was the previous gen but I was left a little underwhelmed. vast grip, suitably quick but not out and out fun. good car though, always got positive reviews from GF's of the time.

A challenge as I can't think of the answer.

A modern Intergrale type car, that isn't an impreza.

£8-15k
4wd
250-300bhp
Not R32 levels of thirst.

Girlfriend/suit and tie friendly.

Ideally, I'd like a 4wd cooper S, a tiny bit bigger, but they don't seem to make them.

Answers on a postcard, pair of socks for the winner.
Wait a little while, and get an Audi S1?

Had a brief drive of a 2007 example running 270 bhp.... boring and uninvolvoing could not be more appropriate. Quality product but very little to entertain you in terms of driving it.
