New Car Parts Website - would you use it?

Just canvassing your opinions if I can, If there was a website offering overstocks or damaged packaging car parts, would you consider checking it before making an online purchase on ebay, euro car parts etc?

Would it bother you about buying something like this?

We are looking at developing a site with mixed stocks of pads, discs, filters, etc. Mixed brands, Dayco, Mintex, Crossland, TRW etc at reduced prices. They would be one off parts in most cases at upto 50% off the market price.

Also does anyone know how many PH'ers there are?
