Hi, im looking for recommendations for a reputable accident management company-my mum had someone drive into her a month or so ago.. The cars been repaired and all is well, however she's in a bit of pain, can't lift her arm up and some other problems which her doc says is most likely related to the shunt.
So, whilst we're really uncomfortable about using an amc (having been on the receiving end of an over inflated claim) she has sustained some sort of injury and it is affecting her daily life and so I think she should try and get some compensayshun!
Anyone?

Why are wanting to go through an AMC?

Speak to your insurer. Dont encourage the AMC leprosy of claiming for anything and everything - we all end up paying more premiums because of these leeches on the system.

Won't the insurers just refer her to an AMC anyway? My view is that we might as well use a 'known' one if possible.
Thanks anyway
