Phone car mount

What do you guys use to old your phone in the car?

I've been looking at a Tetrax magnet.
Does anyone use one?
Any good?

I use tetrax for my ipod and remote control, works fine for them but they are lighter than a phone.

Thinking about it the magnet is bloody strong so should be fine.

i use what i believe are the tetrax magnets on my iPhone, i used 2 of them... mine plugs in and runs the stereo sat nav car phone etc etc so it had to be mounted rather than in a pocket.

To those of you using Tetrax, where have you stuck the magnet and do you think it could later be removed without leaving damage behind?

It looks like a neat solution. I use my phone for Satnav so a pocket doesn't work for me.

I've got 2 on my daily driver I have it on the center of the steering wheel, which works very well.

On the nob I have fitted mine to the far left of the center dash, it blocks the heater adjuster but mine is always on full cold, if you need to adjust the temp just swivel the phone 90 deg.

Just an idea, look at Quadlock.
I use them on my iphone for cycling and jogging but they do a windscreen mount or one you can fit anywhere / wall for example.
