Fantastic, in the grounds of a house.

A bit odd as a standalone.

Perfect apart from the Ferrari style kitchen.

Here you go: http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/31465015

Covered storage for 9 cars and paring for a further 30. Only 3 bedrooms, but plenty of scope with the annex and two offices....

Have a look at the virtual tour.
I'm probably wrong, but I keep thinking this looks like a car dealers house.....lovely either way.

Quite possibly, in the virtual tour the wall mounted TV in the office is showing a promotional video of car.

That and the fact it's a dealer.

That is the ultimate for me. I do not need any other house and would take it as it is.

I'd only add a pool and want for nothing.

Business address now showing up as an industrial estate, so perhaps moved to bigger business premises, or a by-product of moving to a bigger house.

Not really an industrial estate, more a really nice bit of woodland on the edge of the Chilterns just north of Marlow hehe Must be a lot of money shifting Rollers and Bentleys. That or perhaps like Goldfinger things are not what they seem wink

Looks like it will need a £1million or so before being liveable
A million wouldn't even touch that, I'd say £5m as a starting point, it doesn't even seem to have any services.

Likely you wouldn't get your money back in that location either or a developer would have had it for £500K.

I am always amazed at these mega-wealthy Americans who have such unimaginative collections of cars. I'd keep just one or two of those plus the old one then trade the rest to build a proper collection. As for the garage yes it's a good "space" as they always say on homes programmes these days but it needs some greasy bits and some tools and mechinary. All a bit characterless for me.

So that when you've got your Happy Valley friends round you can sit them in the café area with a cup of moco-choco-skinny latte, decaffeinated of course, and do the grand reveal as you elevate your Ferrari La Ferarri from the depths of the lower floor to many oohs and aahs from your very impressed audience. biglaugh

Pretty sure I posted that a few years ago and then got a load of repost abuse. I wonder why it isn't selling. I seem to recall it being cheaper too.

Or did it sell and now new owners selling for more?
