Oh ok. Yeah they never frigging show the garages.
I find this incredibly annoying.

Firstly trying to search for property with land / outbuildings is impossible and you have to trawl through everything.

Secondly at best the words "garaging and outbuildings" are mentioned but even external pics are rarely shown.

This is mine when I win the Euromillions on Tuesday. I'm foregoing the ability to join the WAGS and riches 3 miles away from where I am currently in Prestbury and going for the country life. Its got a paddock too so I can justify a ride on lawnmower :-)

Beautiful house. A tad bland in parts of decoration currently, but with a bit of colour injection that could be a magnificent home, far more than any of these enormous soulless castles could be.

For the thick-end of a million, that's a charming but fairly ordinary house. I'm not sure what gives it that sort of price tag?

However, the real issue is with the photos. I'm not into estate-agent bashing necessarily, but that lead pic is rubbish. Pic 11 would have been a bit better, but all that likely commission and that's the best they can come up with...!

Agreed, a good candidate for the "Show us your perfectly nice but unexceptional real estate" thread.

This one is sold, but I rather like it and may make them an offer they can't refuse when I win £140m on Tuesday.

This has been rekindled on the market....

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

It seems the purchaser gets his own pew in the local church, and because of that I will be putting an offer in on Wednesday morning all being well!! Far better than the 30-40M properties in London - and far, far better than the 60M flat (though I am in the minority in thinking it is quite nice).

It's been for sale for about three years. What the adverts don't mention is Wellbeck Defense College across the back gate and Beaumnor Hall just next to it.

Although it's in a picturesque and sought-after village, those two institutions can get quite noisy. I mean, the College love their assault course, and the Hall love their school trips and village fetes.

Reading the description it sounds as though you are essentially buying one of two building plots for a "guide price" of £5m.

I know old mansions aren't to everyones taste but this would be tempting if I won the euromillions. Yes it's in Northern Ireland but it comes with 550 acres for a cool £5m. This is a proper estate!

Dundarave Estate

In reality, it's probably a bit big for just me and the wife.

Even if I do win tomorrow night, I'm not sure I'd ever go for something like that. As magnificent as it is, I'd find it far too creepy!

I wonder how much that estate will sell for if it ever does.

I can't imagine there are many who would take it on as a private residence. How is the pricing v other Northern Ireland estates?
