One assumes you mean the team who play in front of a Bishop's park rather than a shed! hehe
Bishop's Palace, old boy, but yes, that's the gist.
Palace or Park it's better than a shed wink

personally if I was spending £15 million on my house, it would have both a) An actual garden and not 15ft of concrete b) a garage to park all the exotic cars I would have also bought. I care not where this is located, if a) and b) are missing its instantly off the list.
this one then sir http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...
Was looking good until I saw the street view.
That's London for you but be honest, what would you expect the street to look like? That's actually not that bad and Putney's not a bad area.

p.s. property in question is on the left.

I personally love city life!

i'd hazard a guess at that being a bit more than £15M

For that money how does there compare with roads such as Compton or Bishops Avenue ? With a significant euro win, I would consider there, but I can't imagine having a chat with neighbours over the garden fence!

I love these types of houses. I know it's only a semi detached, but it's the style I really like. I walked down this road recently, and the house is a lot taller than it seems in the photos. I don't know what name this style of house is, but I'm a big fan.

That's classic Edwardian. i.e. early 1900s and pre-WW1

For such a modern interior I quite like that and it could easily be made a bit more personal. Decent land for the area too.

Gotta say, really don't like that place at all, too modern for me, lacks character, and very bland, but I guess that's the idea - you can put your own stamp on it. The grounds are nice though.

Oh, and there's the SL1 postcode to deal with smile

This has potential, but the combination of Grade II listed and needing renovation isn't for the faint-hearted.

Looks interesting though.

that could be great after huge expense and protracted pissing about with listed status permissions etc. Wonder what it was, looks like a hermit's lair.

I've always loved that house, prime position for the station too! however I know that price is in line with the market there and Chingford is a really nice place to live but as someone that grew up there and only moved out a couple of years ago paying £1.3m for a house there just seems bananas.

Indeed, I couldn't imagine spending over a million pounds for a house in Chingford. That road is stunning though.

That's probably the worst value house I've seen on here.

Incredible that £25M gets you nothing special whatsoever.
