One from NI which is just perfect. I don't think I'd want to change anything before moving in, apart from the cinema screen maybe being too close. It comes with a heated driveway so there'll no trouble getting up the slope in snowy conditions.

Edit: The 'delicious' script would definitely be removed.

I like that too, apart from the marble floors.

That is excellent - what would you have on the ground floors? I expect they were granite slabs originally?

Happy with stone slabs, the original granite would be fine, for kitchens and bathrooms, but prefer wood or carpet for other areas, but all with UFH!

Yes you're right, marble throughout the ground floor is a bit Spanish villa.

I wouldn't fight you for that. It looks like an old people's home from the outside, it seems to have a gross imbalance of bedrooms to reception rooms, it overlooks another house, sits below a very manky-looking old quarry which would be a magnet for ne'erdowells and is within earshot of the motorway. I'll pass, thanks.

I like that a lot. A short walk to Mill Bay where Henry Tudor landed in 1485 or to Westdale Bay for a spot of surfing, or to Dale for lunch in the Griffin and a spot of boating in Milford Haven. Bloody awful taste in sofas though.

EDIT; a quick google reveals some maintenance issues - looks like no money has been spent for about 15 years - would need a good surveyor with a head for heights and a big refurb budget!

No surfing at Westdale at the moment, or the near future for that matter - according to my Dad the recent storms and bad weather have washed away most of the sand leaving a lot of very sharp and jagged-looking rocks exposed. Agree that it's a cracking area though, my folks live near Little Haven - just wish it didn't take so bloody long to get there!

Needs at least a million spending as it has been in commercial use, leading to a decidedly undomestic layout (kitchens upstairs, public toilets etc) but it is lovely.

Picture 21 solves PH requirements.

Had some lovely weeks away in Dale a few years back, fantastic part of the UK. Property sounds like it could be a moneypit though.
