It wasn't long ago that it went under the name of 'Millionaire's Row' but then I guess that's inflation for you.

Should have said, pic is clickable but will take you to the Daily Mail as it was the only place reporting the sale

Can you imagine wandering in to such a space first thing of a morning?

Sold for a bargain 25M
Jesus, I wonder what it cost the illiterate cypriot Panayiotou to hold it on the market for 3 years at silly money before selling. He started at £100m to get headlines but was bound to never get over 30. Jersey house had a lower initial asking price yet sold for more. The mind boggles.

Bought for 5M so going for 100M was just marketing.

I went to hawksmoor and got pissed last night, still uncomfortably full now. Point is, walking into that bathroom this morning would not have been much fun, or do wonders for the self esteem!

He also spent 40m doing it up. You can't go wrong with bricks and mortar!

It's a lovely house, but you can see in the garden pic how the plot has been ruined in the past and now has houses overlooking the garden.

If that were nearer £1.2m, I'd be seriously looking at it as a country hgouse for purchase equally with a friend. We're looking for a country house to share (we both want to keep our places in London), and for weekends, a nearby station that goes to Liverpool Street Station (near my office) in under 2.5 hours sounds good.

It is a beautiful property. My Defender moored in the garage on a trickle charger for when I get there? I think so.
Test them out with an offer :-) what's the worst that can happen.

if it's been on the market a long time then you are in the driving seat.
Just called them and arranged a viewing this weekend! Mt parents have a place in Brancaster, which is on the coast and not a million miles away from this place. Only issue with this beautiful Rectory is that it's not really that close to the coast, and 1+m can get you quite a bit in Norfolk (once away from the north coast).

The double glazing isn't in my top 10 issues with that.

Wrecking ball required.

Nice pile of bricks, bedrooms nice and big, kitchen and bathrooms seem small and outdated, whoever put the wood panelling up should be shot, nice grounds. A lot of money for what it is
