Can you offer more details on the lighting side of it? Prices and specifications would be appreciated!
Sure, there are a few lighting bits going in :

4 x LED Ceiling panels, spec is :

W145xL1195xH9mm

White cover

48W / AC170-240V

approx 3000 lumens (i think - not up yet)

http://www.ledwell.cn/product_show.asp?ID=83

approx £60 each

Setup is 2x on internal wall switch with 2x on a PIR.

2 x Up / Downlighters for external - either side of garage

http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/GLWALL2L.html...

approx £16 each

Lastly an external floodlight with PIR over back door, can't remember source or cost on that one but not much.

That looks excellent. What a transformation.

Is it a camera setting causing the 'bow'? The Porsche pic looks strange too.

Wide lens likely culprit, Porsche pic is strange because he drove in.
Not reversed, is a Man cave after all park like one.

I agree it should be reversed in but how would he get out with the car tight to the wall if he did it properly?

Reversing the car into the garage will quickly make a mess of the white wall behind due to the exhaust. Been there, done that so forward facing alleviates that issue.

Quick question for the OP. For the floor tiles did you use flexible or non flexible grout. Will be doing mine soon but reading conflicting reports as to what is best for a garage floor confused

yes don't want to soot up the walls

Flexible grout was used, can't recall which. Tiler would only use the flexible grout.
