If you crop out the bumper of the modern on the right-hand side, you'll have one of the coolest photographs on this thread.

This better Mr H ?

I've seen this Rover driving around a lot although the beginning of the month was the only time I've managed to photograph it.

Spotted these near my office in Camden Town. They're Filming in Alan Bennet's front garden, the setting for his book "the lady in the van". The Grey van had been mint and pristine before filming but had a make over to show it more "in period". There was also a Reliant three wheeler which I didn't bother to photograph. Sorry about the sun's glare in some of them.

I had a delivery a few weeks ago near Camden Town and the street was closed for the filming of the

"Lady In the grey van ".

That's where I took the pic of the red Alvis a few pages back.

The owner of that car also lives in the next Road. He also has an Arial Atom.

Not my photo but similar to one we saw on Saturday morning, we heard it idling in the garage as we were out for a walk...lovely low rumble then it emerged slowly in reverse and parked outside the house.

No camera to hand and it was on his private drive, so no detailed location - it's just that I have never seen one in the flesh before, never mind just a short walk from my front door;

Not sure if it was original RHD Spyder or (more likely) conversion, but it was a deep blue colour on a K plate (very small front plate too).

Owner saw us gawping and (perhaps understandably) chose to ignore us (me and adult son). Maybe it was the drool?

I saw a Triumph Herald (hard top) in Bracknell at lunch time today. Being driven by a teenager in school uniform (a sixth former I guess biggrin ) with a couple of his mates in the car. Good to see someone younger driving an interesting car. My eldest is campaigning to be allowed a real mini as his first car when he's 17 next year.

Just seen 2 DeLoreans on the back of a transporter going through Stanley, Wakefield. Didn't manage to get a photo as I was struggling with 2 dogs.

Use it if you like , just passing on the way back from trying to get some rough sea pictures this made up for the fact that in the 5 mins and 2 miles from home to venue the wind had dropped to a whisper .

OK you could say this breaks many so-called 'rules'- Not actually that old (as its a late model), Incorrect black/silver plates, Wheels appear to have been chromed.... etc.

But - this is sitting outside in a hotel car park now, against a sea of mono-tone diesel reps hatchbacks. I spotted out the window and had to go for a nosey. Absolutely immaculate, beautiful inside and out. Gorgeous colour too. Camera phone in the dark doesnt do it justice at all. Interior appears brand new.
