You're staying at the hotel, aren't you? We were based at the hotel where my eldest step daughter was married and I started my Father of the Bride speech thus:

We stayed here last night and I was able to come down early this morning to see how things were going with the room arrangements. The staff seemed surprised to see me. You'd think they'd never seen a man in Buzz Lightyear pajamas before.

Any good?

"Economy run" taking the Navara to Aberystwyth this morning.

Sun out on the coast road: http://goo.gl/maps/OmnTM (Pad will know it well) with calming music to relax the right foot.

Given it's a hilly journey of about 40 miles I was relatively pleased with 31.5mpg

Sort of.

Very quiet in here today?

And has anyone else noticed that QueenBee seems to have vanished?

I've sent them out to scrape off the white lines they painted on the runway in a drunken orgy of crookedness the other evening. Do you check for drugs and alcohol in the TT Space Programme? I think perhaps you should.

Sake.

car insurance, mortgage, energy bill and me taking some cash out earlier in the day for my Dad have all conspired happen on the same day this month, which has put me in overdraft.

Can anyone think of a way to get 500 quid within the next 12 hours?

The TT Redevelopment Budget is a bit stretched but as we haven't been running any covert operations recently there's quite a bit still in the Reptile Fund. It's in the biscuit barrel on the second shelf down in the Butler's Pantry.

I've merely adapted to a (currently) 4 figure overdraft by using wild optimism and alcohol.

I am sat here sniggering at your rebuttal of that feckwits arguments.
Two buses and a taxi to get into the same postcode as your point.
I may have to steal that one, it has made my day.
bowtie

I do what I can, and feel free to use that turn of phrase with my blessing.. I was rather proud of it actually!

Like I said ,time to move on.
I need to get out of Aber , there's nothing here for me any more.
Wife's not going to like it , but the pay day will be large if it happens.
