Ok I'm 50 plus and I used to love it as a young lad. Too many ausome cool things about the show to tell them all. I've just come across a video and don't tell anyone but I've been watching it tonight!! Yes I know it's bloody ancient but tell me about your fave bits.

Just about every engined propelled vehicle you can imagine and more.

Soooo cool :-)

I always wondered if Mr Anderson had mates who worked for the various aircraft companies around at that time, as some of his aircraft of the future seemed to be remarkably similar to some of the more secret projects around in the 50's & 60's.

Have a look at a book called Project Cancelled to see what I mean..scratchchin

Cracking series though, always loved the way they bathed the puppets faces in 'sweat' when they were in a really tight spot. hehe

They are trying to have another go at a movie version now that the terrible kiddy friendly version is now safely forgotten.

Not long ago the entire box set on DVD was on special offer for £9!! I bought it for my nephew. Kind of wish I'd bought myself one.

My favourite episode was the one where they go under London. The tube is no longer operation so they use the old tube train tunnels.

Hi Toad

I thought his UFO and Space 1999 were just so ahead of their time.

Great stuff, getting all nostalgic now.

Even the theme tunes.. Barry Gray and Big Rat cloud9

Indeed. There is also supposed to be UFO movie in the works but news on that is a bit sparse at the moment.
