It is, but that way we get to narrow it down and work out where it is. Without it - well for me it gets a bit tedious, each should be got right in 24 hours IMHO or else it just gets boring.
If the right person sees it - identified in 5 minutes. If not, we could be here all year on the same one!

Yep, Sydney it is, with the best longhaul plane in the world and IMO the best Airline!
Well at least we agree on the Sydney bit! The 380 isn't awful but it's a step back from the others when you look at the business and first class and, to be honest, economy. Too many people, too big, no attention. 75 or so business class people on one flight, most of the privileges disappear with that. In baggage handling if you have the misfortune to wait for economy bags to process it takes forever. We stood waiting for bags for nearly an hour at Sydney ones, the bags were flowing there were just so many of them. Best avoided where possible! Now this may not look familiar, but it is, there will be few people who don't know this location.
I know you fly a lot Henry but that isn't our experience with the A380, we are gold with Emirates and fly both Business and economy on the A380 quite a lot. Our likes far outweigh the dislikes, loading and disembarking can take longer if you get the wrong seats and not have priority boarding and occasionally luggage can be slightly longer but the roominess, smoothness, air quality (a380 cabin is at 7000ft rather than 11000ft of other planes), quietness, business bar, chauffeur pick up and drop off, business seats are superb and service great.
But I suppose we will beg to differ, I certainly wouldn't look forward to flight in BA's 25yr old 747's like I do a flight on an A380!

Oh I think that begging to differ is absolutely the right thing! I see no problem whatsoever with different people having different opinions and preferring things in different ways, that's great. But I suppose we will beg to differ, I certainly wouldn't look forward to flight in BA's 25yr old 747's like I do a flight on an A380!
It also depends on where you go to and from and when, what other services you get. But it also depends on what you personally prefer, each to their own.
Personally I go Etihad in preference to Emirates, the service is pretty identical but the benefits seem easier to come by, but it's all a matter of choice and much preferable if people leave my first choices for me to use!
Of course we aren't that far from the point where any airline wanting to fly to Australia will, if it's one you choose, be on a 380. That's be good for you and less so for me.
