ride height and knocking sound

Hello,
My mini is riding lower than it should be, what can I do to raise the height. Also iv got a knocking sound when I steer, been told its a CV joint, what do I order to fix it?

Ride height is normaly the front knuckle joint. Under the rubber on the susspention is a cone at the end of the cone is a ball of metal. This then sits in a plasic cup. The rubber could just be shot, the plastic cup could be worn out or you have after market ajustable suspention (there would be a nut between the cone and ball).

You can get the CV joint as a kit with the boots etc you will need. Try one of the many mini shops around. Mini sport, Mini spares etc.
