Spending the day in Durham on Thursday...

My cars in at Evotune on Thursday, possibly all day 9-5.

Me and a mate are popping up, anything interesting to do in the city centre to kill a few hours?

Due to driving, drinking is not an option, we are both mid 20's and completely un-cultured so sight seeing is not an option.

Any suggestions?

Jump on a train and head to Newcastle or Gatesheads Metro centre for a few hours. Plenty choice of restaurants shops, cinema, amusements etc depending what floats your boat. You could easy fill a day in Durham but if you're not into touristy stuff forget it!

Didn't take as long I first thought! Bit of a boring place during the day.

The drive home with 297bhp and 350lbs/ft of torque was much more fun
